Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.

Please allow a 2-3 business day handling time for your payment to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email from FedEx with a tracking number once your package(s) are in transit. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or outside of the 48 contiguous states, it will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are based on your order total. Certain items have a flat rate, and some items may require help from an AshBlue sales associate for a shipping quote.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit or merchandise exchange only. All jewelry, furniture and discounted items are FINAL sale. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the item(s) you want to exchange.

If the return is a result of our error (i.e.: you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a return authorization if this is the case.
